If you are like most people, you likely spend most of your time in the office sitting on a seat that has never been acquainted with memory foam pillows, unknowingly giving yourself a number of unwanted ailments including cramps, poor posture and back pain that is long-term. Although chairs are typically designed to look after these sort of material from the very beginning, most of them do an extremely poor job at it.
